Bark got it’s name because it looked like tree bark. Some of ours may still look like it but it certainly tastes MUCH better. Our most popular flavors are the Toffee Almond and the Lemon/Lavender. We make 3 pound slabs of each kind at one time and then brake it into smaller piece so feel free to mix and match.
